2016 HR Florida Conference Charity

This year we have selected a very special charity that affords us the opportunity to touch the lives of many children throughout the State of Florida. Our charity choice is the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches.

In this program, children from ages 3 to 18 have received the help & hope that the Youth Ranches provide. As a private charity, their success depends on individuals and organizations who want to make a difference. The smallest to largest sibling groups are accommodated at the various campuses throughout the State. It is important to note that children from all sixty-seven Florida Counties have benefited from the services the Youth Ranches provide.

The Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranch is in need of school supplies for the 2016 school year.  I have attached a list of school supplies they have requested. We are asking that each Chapter bring at least one backpack to the conference filled with all of the supplies from the attached list. Monetary donations are also welcomed. You can donate at Our Chapter is SHRM SWFL, #235.  When making your donation, please indicate your home chapter’s name in the comment section.  You can also make your monetary donation onsite.  Please make out your check to the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranch.  School Supplies.pdf
