The typical executive lifestyle is demanding and depleting. It is noted if leaders make high impact lifestyle changes so they gain the energy, strength and presence to feel and be their best, they become more productive and inspiring to others in the organization.  This talk on wellness and it’s impacts to leadership is designed for executives to deliver measurable, fast and sustainable results in their own lifestyle changes and to bring ancient techniques ‘from the yoga room to the boardroom’ to help them do so.


Presenter Biography: Karen is a life and wellness coach, speaker, author, and teacher of holistic practices and founder of Karen Gomez Wellness Consulting.  Recently relocating to Cape Coral, FL from Madison, CT, she has expanded her work from working with individuals one-on-on to bring her life, wellness, and inspirational leadership coaching into the workplace.  She focuses her talks on stress reduction, wellness protocols to improve one’s overall well-being, and conscious leadership. Her mission is to bring mindfulness from the 'yoga room to the board room' to improve employee clarity and productivity while inspiring leaders to live a healthy lifestyle.   She holds certifications in life, wellness, and leadership coaching, and is a master teacher of yoga, meditation, and Reiki energy healing.  Her signature programs addressing stress in the workplace are Mindfulness for Clarity ℠,Mindfulness for the Higher Ground Leader ℠,and a series of lunch and learn workshops based on balancing one’s Seven Dimensions of Wellness ℠. She is also an accomplished singer/songwriter and is currently performing with a band in Ft. Myers called 41 South.
